You may recall the intruder who managed to make it deep inside the White House before finally being stopped. Since then, many congressional hearings have been held to determine what can be done to prevent a similar event from happening in the future. Many ideas have been advanced, but one of the daffiest to date comes from Tennesse Democrat Steve Cohen.
