One of the less publicized but genuinely revolutionary policies of the Trump administration is its commitment to reducing the number, and cost, of federal regulations. This has been a boon to U.S. consumers, and to American companies, big and small. But it's been a terrible turn of events for those who have yet to meet a regulation they didn't love (and wanted to expand in size, cost, and complexity).
